You can gather both the Gems and Energy from the Kaiju 8 Dungeon, which is conveniently located across from the Kaiju 8 Trainer on West City.

Once you have collected the required amount, take the Gems and Energy to the Kaiju 8 Trainer to unlock the Fighting Style. After unlocking the Kaiju 8 Fighting Style, you will also need to awaken it to access its final move. The Kaiju 8 Awakener, located next to the Kaiju 8 Trainer, is required for this process.
