Once you have that unit in your possession, you’ll also need the Rusty Dagger item, which can be purchased from the Event Shop for 1250 Dragon Scales or crafted with 80 Monster Essence.

Once you have both of these, you can easily upgrade your Division Vice Captain to its Unleashed form. While this isn’t a highlight unit for the update, it does sport some decent stats and even gains the bleed passive, making it quite potent in battle.
