A Universal Time Steel Ball Run update has finally dropped with a ton of new content, including ability, skins, emotes, boss, and much more. Apart from this, a ton of balance changes and bug fixes have also been implemented to make the gameplay more balanced and smoother. Here are all the balance changes made to A Universal Time (AUT) 4.0 update.

Locke

Rush Attack

  • Now casts multiple hitboxes.

Kinetic Blast

  • No longer blockable.
  • No longer perfect blockable.

Kinetic Orb

  • Now uses server hitboxes.
  • No longer blockable.
  • No longer perfect blockable.
  • Now bypasses counters and quickstep.

Discharge

  • Now uses server hitboxes.

King Slayer

  • Slightly reduced damage.
  • Now heals for 50% of damage dealt.
  • Slightly reduced dash distance.

Static Buster

  • Now has an AoE hitbox during the duration of the move.

Takedown

  • Now has an AoE hitbox on the slam.

Kinetic Charge

  • Deals increased damage depending on the charge stage.

Gold Experience Requiem

Return to Zero

  • Cancels mode/awakening for:
    • Standless: Way of the Yakuza
    • Broly: Legendary Super Saiyan
    • Cursed Child: Sacrificial Love
    • Hito: Bajrang Gun
  • Can now be used in stun but increases cooldown.

Nullification

  • Now applies RTZ effect.
  • Reduced startup i-frames.
  • Lower cooldown if landed; higher cooldown if missed.

Self Heal

  • Healing increased by 5.
  • Endlag slightly reduced.

Kick Barrage

  • No longer parryable after the first hit.
  • Now goes through ragdoll.
  • No longer targets dead entities or personal summons (e.g., scorpion from Debris Shot).

Root Stab

  • Gains hyper armor until the root spawns.

Barrage

  • Damage increased.

Strong Punch

  • Reduced slowdown.

Combination Attack

  • Reduced slowdown.

Devastating Force

  • Reduced slowdown.

Debris Shot

  • Gains piercing.
  • No longer has homing.
  • Now bypasses block.

Broly

Rush Attack

  • Emits multiple hitboxes slightly earlier.

Eraser Blow

  • Hitbox increased by 1 stud in all directions.
  • Movement speed during the attack is faster.

Gigantic Crush

  • Hitbox increased by 1 stud in all directions.
  • Now allows slight movement during use.

Omegastorm

  • Gains a stunned (evasive) variant:
    • Requires more meter.
    • Longer cooldown.
    • Near-instant use.
    • Ragdolls but deals less damage.

Eraser Volley

  • Each projectile now stuns briefly.
  • Becomes blockable.
  • Gains endlag.

Planet Crusher

  • Now bypasses counters.

Pulverizer

  • Hyper armor now ends before the final hitbox.

Legendary Super Saiyan

  • Explosion added at the end of the awakening animation:
    • Deals damage and knocks back nearby players.
  • Nerfed stat buffs:
    • Attack/Defense: 50 → 30.

Gold Experience

Self Heal

  • Endlag slightly reduced.
  • Healing increased by 5.

Berserk Senses

  • Damage increased by 25%.

King Crimson

Lethality (Passive)

  • Damage requirement reduced: 60 → 45.
  • Lifetime reduced: 10s → 8.5s.

Ground Slam

  • Hitbox size increased by 10%.

Downward Strike

  • Hitbox size decreased by 5%.
  • Damage reduced: 40 → 32.5.

Impale

  • Gains bonus damage scaling with victim's lower health while Lethality is active.

Scalpel Throw

  • Damage per projectile reduced: 5 → 2.5.
