A Universal Time (AUT) 4.4 Update Patch Notes | Feb 2025

A Universal Time (AUT) has received the much awaited 4.4 update. It is a massive update bringing Valentine's event, three abilities, new NPCs, bosses, and more. Not only this, but players can also grab brand new skins, kill effects, etc., with the latest update.

The Mercenaries (LEGENDARY)

“We are… the Team Fortress”

The Team Fortress comes to AUT as one whole ability! Players are equipped with signature weapons and equipment from the nine classes, allowing multiple playstyles just like in the original game.

Obtainment Method(s):

• Talk to Skaidev and retrieve the following items:
  • Flamethrower
  • Medic’s Equipment
  • Grenade Launcher
  • Eyelander
  • Chargin’ Targe
  • Rocket Launcher
  • Knife
• Defeat “The Spy” boss
• Upon completing all tasks, you will automatically obtain ‘The Mercenaries’

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SPACE IN ABILITY INVENTORY

Vampire [Dio Brando] (EPIC)

“I reject my humanity, Jojo!”

Dio Brando's vampiric powers have been reworked with a fresh design and new move concepts, expanding his arsenal to its fullest potential. Use corpses to your advantage and summon the undead to attack enemies while overwhelming foes with superhuman feats!

Obtainment Method(s):

• Obtain 6 “Dio’s Charm” from chests
• Use all to craft “Dio’s Remains”
• Use “Dio’s Remains” at a boss altar to spawn “Dio Brando”
• Defeat Dio Brando for a 20% chance to obtain “Vampirism Mastery”
• Use “Vampirism Mastery” on ‘Vampire’

OLD VAMPIRES WILL NOT BE WIPED – HOWEVER, ALL STONE MASKS + BLOOD VIALS HAVE BEEN WIPED

Vampire (UNCOMMON)

“H-How dare you do this to Dio-Sama!”

A lesser version of Dio’s vampirism. Reject your humanity to attain power similar to Dio Brando himself. Grants the user superhuman strength and the vaporization technique, making anyone donning the stone mask a formidable foe.

Obtainment Method(s):

• Use the “Stone Mask” (obtained from chests) on ‘Standless’ to obtain ‘Vampire’

[NEW BOSS] The Spy

• Spawns at Floating Village every 20 minutes
• You must deal at least 10% damage to receive credit

Possible Drops:

• Mercenary quest item – 20% each
• Random TF2 title – 5%
• Australium – 1%

[NEW NPC] Skaidev 

• Location: Alabasta
• Purpose: Quest giver for “The Mercenaries”

[EVENT] Valentine's Day 

The following bosses will now drop Valentine event skins for a limited time:

• Whitebeard (Legendary Chest)
• The Spy (Legendary Chest)

• Previous owners automatically receive the new version.

🔹 New setting: “Increase Custom Chat Visibility” reduces color intensity for better readability.
