Fast traveling in Redfall is quite simple, and only requires one thing, you discover the location first. Similar to other games in the open-world genre, it follows the discover, and unlock principle, where the discovery of a new area unlocks it as a fast travel point. 

Once unlocked, all you need to do is open up the game map screen, find the location you want to fast travel to, and click on it. This will trigger a black loading screen and when it goes away, you'll be in the desired location.
