In a recent teaser trailer, there was a brief sighting of a very dark-looking Mercy skin, which could hint at what to expect.

A recent teaser trailer was released, primarily focusing on the upcoming debut of the new DPS hero Venture. However, towards the end of the trailer, viewers caught a glimpse of a character donning a new Talon skin and sporting a skull mask. This character then laughs and utters "No mercy" before the teaser concludes. Fans promptly dissected the trailer's ending and concluded that it showcased a new skin for the support hero Mercy.

It remains uncertain whether this skin will be Season 10's Mythic, available in the store or part of the Battle Pass. Nevertheless, many believe it serves as a major hint regarding the next theme. Specifically, it appears that Talon, the nefarious faction of the Overwatch lore consisting of heroes such as Doomfist, Sombra, Widowmaker, Moira, Sigma, Reaper, and Mauga, will be involved.

Some players have speculated that it may entail a scenario where good characters turn bad and vice versa. One fan expressed on Reddit, "I’m thinking along the lines of the 'What If' line of Marvel comics. Those were so interesting, and instead of just a black and white good/evil swap, there were major, life-altering changes to characters’ stories that were so interesting."
