Outriders Worldslayer - Primeval Behemoth Boss Guide Devastator Class

Outriders Worldslayer is a brutal co-op looter shooter in which you battle hordes of creatures and seek tantalizing loot. It's also a pretty challenging experience with bullet sponge enemies, and whether you're playing solo or with a party of two, some obstacles may seem downright impossible to overcome. One such tough encounter is with a boss called Primeval Behemoth in the campaign of Outriders Worldslayer.

If you're one of those who are struggling to beat this vicious creature and are playing as the Devastator class, don't fret. Here's our guide that explains how to beat Primeval Behemoth using the best Devastator class skills and mods. 

Best Devastator skills to use against Primeval Behemoth in Outriders Worldslayer

This is going to be a long and tedious battle so buckle up. For the most part, Primeval Behemoth acts similarly to the one you encountered in the Pilgrimage mission, with just a few new tricks up its sleeve. 

Thankfully, Primeval Behemoth spawns all alone in the boss arena, so you don't have to worry about minions and other elite enemies stomping you to death. 

The three Devastator Skills you should equip for this boss battle are-

• Earthquake 
• Golem 
• Tremor

Earthquake will allow you to do quick small successive attacks, whereas Golem will give you protection whenever Primeval Behemoth charges towards you. When all hell breaks loose, Tremor will not only deal massive consecutive damage but also regenerate your health as you sprint and dodge your way out of trouble. 

Once you have the right skills, you will need mods to synergize with those skills and deal massive damage in return. 

Best Devastator mods to equip against Primeval Behemoth in Outriders Worldslayer

Here are a few armor mods that we recommend equipping for the Primeval Behemoth boss battle.

• Resistance (Golem) - When the skill is active, increase your Resistance by 20%
• Perseverance (Golem) - Increases the skill's duration by 50%
• Arms Juggler - Swapping weapons increases your Firepower by 2530 for 5 seconds. 
• Human Fortress (Tremor) - Receive 296 Health Regeneration and 11 587 Armor while the skill is active. 
• Crush Sequence (Tremor) - Receive 2 additional explosions.
• Extra Quake (Earthquake) - The skill can be activated 1 more time before triggering the Cooldown.
• Earth's Legacy (Earthquake) - Increases the skill's range by 60%.
• Plate Dodge - Rolling increases your Armor by 23 132 for 4 seconds.
• Barrel Roll - Rolling increases your Firepower by 1218 for 6 seconds. 
• No Resistance Against the Fortified - Increases your Resistance Piercing 
  by 100% of your Armor Piercing value.  

With the armor mods out of the way, here are a few weapon mods that we recommend equipping for the Primeval Behemoth boss battle.

• Stiffening - Shots inflict Slow on enemies
• Clip Roller - When your magazine has 35% or less ammo left, you can roll to quickly reload all your equipped weapons. 
• Fusion Blast - Shots create a fusion blast, dealing 1242 damage within a 5-meter radius.
• Anomaly Enhancement - Receive a passive Firepower boost equal to 40% of your Anomaly Power. 
• Gravedigger's Frenzy - Critical shots increase your Critical Damage by 30% for 3 seconds. 
• Anomaly Surge - Critical shots spawn an Anomaly energy blast that deals 2 096 damage in a 2-meter radius. 
• Claymore - Shots damage an enemy with an Anomaly blade dealing 12 401 damage. 

Once you have the right skills and the right mods equipped, it's time to head into the arena and get your hands dirty. As mentioned before, this is a long and tedious battle. However, there aren't many move sets that you need to remember to gain a tactical advantage in this battle.

You will simply be rolling a lot. Roll when Primeval Behemoth charges towards you. Roll when you see the blue circles appearing on the ground as they could freeze you in the spot, leaving you vulnerable to attacks. Roll when you see the red circle appear as it means devastating ranged attacks from the enemy. This is where mods like Barrel Roll, Plate Dodge, and Clip Roller will come in handy. 

Following the aforementioned step should make it pretty easy to take down Primeval Behemoth as a Devastator in Outriders Worldslayer.
