If you’ve been playing Outriders for a certain amount of time, you will have unlocked various amounts of Class Points.
These are traditional RPG points used to improve your character and specify your build in a certain way. Players can opt for more damage, health, armour, Anomaly power, etc. However, earning the points and then knowing what to do with them is a mystery for some players in the early days of Outriders.
Keep reading below for a full guide on earning Class Points and then actually using them in-game.

In Outriders, you can earn up to 20 Class Points over 30 levels in the game. The points are awarded to you at various levels but you get 20 as you make your way up to the max level of 30. To earn each point, you must simply increase your level one at a time. The only real way to do this in Outriders is to defeat enemies and complete quests.
Once you have your Class Points, you can then spend them in the game’s skill tree. The skill tree is located at the top of the player’s inventory screen and showcases all of the available classes to spend your points on. Almost every gained level will net you one point to spend on the classes but you need to follow a specific line to advance further in the tree.

This process makes more sense once you get in and start spending points. However, if you mess up or decide you don’t like the specific route you’ve taken in the tree, you can clean sweep the tree and gain back all of your Class Points at any time. This doesn’t cost you any kind of money or XP and can be done whenever you see fit.
There are a ton of different builds players can choose from in Outriders. Focusing on one area will certainly be beneficial to those with a specific idea in mind but creating a balanced build by spreading out your points is always a solid option as well.
