One of the most sought-after rewards in the latest No Man's Sky update is the robot parts, which allow you to create a robotic avatar. But how can you obtain these robot parts? The answer lies in earning Void Motes.
Void Motes serve as a form of currency that not only enables you to unlock the robot parts but also other exclusive items found at the Autophage campsites. However, accumulating Void Motes is no easy task. With so many options available, it’s essential to find efficient ways to earn them quickly. To help you out, here's a comprehensive guide.
How To Get Void Motes in No Man's Sky
There are mainly two ways to obtain Void Motes in No Man's Sky:
- Assist the Autophage
- Infuse Atlantideum into Korvax monolith sites
Assist the Autophage
Void Motes is a rare and mysterious currency that can be obtained by interacting with the Autophage, a new faction of mechanical beings that have a hidden agenda in the galaxy.
The Autophage are not easy to locate, as they prefer to stay hidden from other factions. You will need to acquire a special technology that allows you to scan for their planetary sites, which are marked by a purple icon on your HUD.
Once you find an Autophage site, you will need to complete a series of tasks for them, such as scanning creatures, collecting resources, or destroying sentinels. These tasks will vary depending on the planet and the Autophage’s preferences. By assisting the Autophage, you will improve your standing among them and earn Void Motes.
Infuse Atlantideum into Korvax monolith sites
Atlantideum is a rare and powerful substance that can be found in some derelict freighters or purchased from black market dealers.
To infuse Atlantideum into a Korvax monolith site, you will need to find one on a planet that has Korvax presence. You can use your scanner or follow the Atlas path to locate them. Once you find one, you will need to interact with it and select the option to infuse Atlantideum. This will consume one unit of Atlantideum and reward you with Void Motes.
