Nimrod is the newest Season Pass card in Marvel Snap and one with a lot of destruction synergy. Nimrod is a five-cost five-power card that, when destroyed, will add copies of itself to each other location. While not as strikingly powerful as other season pass cards such as pre-nerf Zabu and Silver Surfer, Nimrod will certainly have a home in destruction decks. And that's exactly what we'll be covering!
If you are ready to start using Nimrod, you've come to the right place. This article will cover the best Nimrod decks in Marvel Snap, including deck lists, strategies, and more!

Best Nimrod Decks In Marvel Snap
The best Nimrod decks in Marvel Snap are those with great destroy synergy. Destroy decks already have a lot of great tools with which to activate Nimrod's ability, such as Carnage, Deathlok, Venom, and more. These cards are excellent inclusions as they receive buffs after destroying cards. This means that, while five power is added to other locations, Carnage and Venom will still have enough power to win the location where Nimrod was initially destroyed.
Standard Death Wave Destroy Deck
The destroy archetype is already very popular in Marvel Snap, and it doesn't take a lot to shift things around in order to include Nimrod. This deck works by controlling the early game with cards like Carnage and Bucky Barnes before playing powerful late-game cards like Death, She-Hulk, and Aero. Wave is usually reserved for the penultimate turn but can now also be used to cheat out Nimrod a turn early.
Standard Death Wave Destroy Deck List:
- Squirrel Girl
- Yondu
- Bucky Barnes
- Carnage
- Killmonger
- Wave
- Deathlok
- Shang-Chi
- Nimrod
- Aero
- She-Hulk
- Death
Galactus Deck
Nimrod also works excellently when paired with Galactus. Because Galactus destroys every other location when he comes into play (along with the cards there), Galactus' location will have seven power so long as Nimrod is already in play. Cards like Green Goblin are great for clogging up your opponent's board in preparation for Galactus, and Shuri will double Nimrod's power!
When used alongside other cards like Nova and Wolverine, who will heavily impact the board whenever they are destroyed, this looks to be a very promising (albeit expensive) deck to try out in the new meta.
