Namor is a four-cost six-power card in Marvel Snap with an Ongoing ability that grants this card five additional power if it is the only friendly card at this location. For this reason, Namor doesn't see very much play in Marvel Snap. Eleven power will rarely be enough to win a location, and telegraphing to your opponent that you no longer plan to compete for the said location is a death sentence. However, there are certain decks out there where Namor can shine.
So, if you are ready to start using Namor in Marvel Snap, you've come to the right place! This article will cover the best Namor decks in Marvel Snap, including deck lists, strategies, and more!

Best Namor Decks In Marvel Snap
The best Namor decks in Marvel Snap are hard to pin down. There is not a be-all-end-all Namor build where this card is used as a primary win condition. In most instances, players will need to build an entire deck around Namor in order to circumvent his downside. This can include cards that buff Namor to make it more capable of winning a location on its own or by forcing your opponent into a situation that prevents them from playing cards.
Ongoing Deck
Because Namor is an Ongoing card, it benefits very well from cards like Spectrum. Additionally, there are tons of cards in Spectrum Ongoing decks that can help Namor become an effective win condition. The most obvious of these would have to be Klaw. Klaw can provide an additional six points of power so long as Namor is in the right location. This, plus Spectrum's two extra power, mean Namor can reach fourteen points of power - one shy of the Destroyer, who is also an extra win condition.
As you can see, although effectively the same, you have to jump through a lot more hoops, not even to reach the Destroyer's stat line. Namor is a backup in this deck if you fail to draw Destroyer.
Ongoing Deck List
- Ant-Man
- Armor
- Colossus
- Mister Fantastic
- Captain America
- Cosmo
- Namor
- Warpath
- Professor X
- Klaw

Sandman Deck
Sandman decks are another viable option for Namor, as they prevent your opponent from playing multiple cards in a turn. It is very difficult for Namor to compete against an entire lane filled with enemy cards. However, if you are lucky enough to get down Sandman at the right time, Namor may only have to compete with a single card, and four energy for eleven points of power is an incredible deal in such a scenario.
Sandman Deck List:
- Sunspot
- Ebony Maw
