Modok is the Marvel Snap Season Pass card for the month of February 2023. It has the effect of, On Reveal, discarding your entire hand. Although seemingly a very negative effect, Modok has great synergy with cards that support Discard effects, such as Hela and Ghost Rider. In most cases, the more cards you can Discard in a Discard deck, the better! This makes Modok's effect not only a positive one but an incredibly powerful effect at that (at least under the right circumstances).
So, if you are still unsure about whether or not to pick up the Season Pass featuring Modok, we've got you covered. These are some of the best Modok decks in Marvel Snap that you can use to reach Infinite!

The Best Modok Decks In Marvel Snap
As mentioned, Modok will slot in nicely with most pre-existing Discard decks. The aim of the game for Modok is to Discard your high-cost cards but not your enablers like Hela and Ghost Rider. Like with any Discard deck, there is an element of randomness at play here. However, if you weren't already a fan of casino-style decks, you wouldn't be playing Discard in the first place!
Standard Discard Modok Deck
Before we start diving into potential theory crafting with Modok, let's revisit some already powerful decks to see where this card could potentially fit in. It is very likely a new Discard archetype will form around Modok, but the card will still have a place in standard Discard decks. The general strategy for Discard decks is, you guessed it, Discard powerful cards and revive them using Ghost Rider and Hela. Apocalypse is also great as a finisher or a final Dracula gambit on the final turn.
Standard Discard Modok Deck List:
- Morbius
- Swarm
- Colleen Wing
- Moon Knight
- Lady Sif
- Dracula
- Ghost Rider
- HellCow
- Hela
- Apocalypse
- The Infinaut
- Giganto
Modok All-In Deck
Okay, so this deck may not be able to help you reach Infinite, but it will certainly make for a great highlight reel. Discard has always been a casino-style deck that relies on randomness to win. Therefore, why not throw caution to the wind and pray that lady luck shines on you? The Modok all-in package seeks to Discard as many high-cost cards as possible (all while dodging Hela) and then draw Hela by the end of the game to win. Easy, right? You just have to get lucky!
Modok All-In Deck List:
- Invisible Woman
- Wave
- Modok
- Red Skull
- Hela
- America Chavez
- Helicarrier
- She-Hulk
- Magneto
- Apocalypse
- Giganto
- The Infinaut
And these are the best (and most meme-worthy) Modok decks in Marvel Snap!
