As her name would suggest, Captain Marvel is one of the most powerful characters in the Marvel Universe. Captain Marvel is, arguably, a little overpowered in the MCU, capable of winning wars all by herself. Naturally, when it came time to transfer Captain Marvel to Marvel Snap, there was only one thing to do. Have her win the game all by herself! Captain Marvel's ability will move her to any location on the field at the end of the game if this shift results in you emerging victoriously.

Best Captain Marvel Decks In Marvel Snap
With only six power to work with, Captain Marvel's effect will usually only come into play in very close games. That being said, Captain Marvel excels when attempting to win in unplayable locations (like Sanctum Sanctorum). If you are able to either lock out locations or increase the power of Captain Marvel, she becomes a much greater threat that your opponent will have a tough time playing around.
Captain Marvel & Shuri Deck
When using Captain Marvel in Marvel Snap, you are essentially playing six power to all three locations at the same time. Your opponent will need to strategize with this in mind, as no matter what the power of a location may be, it will possibly increase by six at the end of the game. Six power is not that threatening, but what if this was doubled?
By using Shuri's effect to double the power of Captain Marvel, players will now be adding twelve power to each location at the same time, which is incredibly daunting for your opponent. The rest of the deck aims to lock your opponent out of other locations to ensure Captain Marvel will be able to make a game-winning move.

- The Hood
- Goose
- Zabu

MODOK Ramp Deck
Playing six power for five energy is really not that impactful, especially with no immediate effect. What is far better is cheating out Captain Marvel to give you the benefit of her effect without the downside of skipping an entire turn just to play her. Electro Ramp is able to get Captain Marvel onto the board as early as turn four but will still require you to spend a turn playing her. However, By using MODOK and Hela in a combo engine, it is possible to get Captain Marvel onto the field for completely free.
Players will want to get Invisible Woman into a location and play Hela behind her using enablers like Wave. Then, after discarding your entire hand on turn five with MODOK, Hela will resurrect all your discarded cards to the field at the end of the game.
MODOK Ramp Deck List:
- Iceman
- Invisible Woman
- Electro
- Wave
- Black Cat
- Jubilee
- Captain Marvel
- MODOK
- Doctor Doom
- Hela
- America Chavez
- Magneto
