Blade is a very strong one-cost card in Marvel Snap. Providing three power for only one energy, the only downside to Blade is that, on reveal, a random card will be discarded from your hand. For this reason, it is important to play with Blade's negative drawback in mind, either by using cards that benefit from being discarded or by saving Blade until the end of the game, when discarding cards is no longer impactful.
So, if you are ready to start using Blade in Marvel Snap, you've come to the right place! This article will cover the best Blade decks in Marvel Snap, including deck lists, strategies, and more!

Best Blade Decks In Marvel Snap
The best Blade decks in Marvel Snap are those that can circumvent his negative ability without having it impact their strategy too heavily. Blade is not great in most combo decks that rely on a specific card to win. This is because Blade can very easily discard your Silver Surfer or your Wong, for example, leaving you with no other option but to retreat. Blade works well in discard decks due to obvious synergy with his ability, but also shines in several zoo deck lists when played on the final turn.
Hela Discard Deck
Blade works well in Hela discard decks because it really does not matter what card he discards, so long as you manage to dodge Hela. This shouldn't be too difficult, as playing Blade on turn one is very common in this kind of deck. Hela is then used to bring back all of the other friendly cards that were discarded in this game to random locations, often winning the game by herself. And, if you are unlucky enough to discard Hela, cards with discard synergy are often quite heavily statted, so you may be able to win the game based on their power alone.
Hela Discard Deck List:
- Sunspot
- Blade
- Lady Sif
- Sword Master
- Black Cat
- Jubilee
- Captain Marvel
- Hela
- Odin
- Giganto
- The Infinaut
- Death
Zoo Deck
Blade is also great in a zoo deck when played on the final turn. Zoo decks typically include lots of low-cost, high-power cards making Blade an excellent fit. Additionally, because Zoo decks often place very little value on individual cards, if you do have to play Blade before the final turn, it does not really matter what card he hits, as you have tons more to replace it!
Zoo Deck List:
- Ant-Man
- Squirrel Girl
- Sunspot
- Iron Fist
- Rocket Raccoon
- Blade
- Angela
- Okoye
- Bishop
- Captain America
- Ka-Zar
- Blue Marvel
