The free-to-play MMO ARPG from developer Smilegate and Amazon Games, Lost Ark, continues to grow in stature. There's a whole lot of content in the Lost Ark April update for heroes of Arkesia to sink their teeth into, including the new Glaivier class and the Ark Pass and much more. However, the game still sometimes suffer from server stability issues and crashes, leading to lost progression while in timed or ticketed activities, and causing frustration.
Now, the developers have come up with a solution for those who suffer from server crashes and stability issues while in these timed or ticketed events.
Lost Ark server crash for timed activities solution

There is now a system in place that will re-grant access to in-game activities that utilize tickets, consume a daily bonus such as Aura of Resonance, or have weekly lockout timers attached.

This is only available for server-side issues, and not for those who have internet connection issues of their own.
In a post on the game's official forums, the developers explain: "Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects."
The developers further added: "We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability."
Yes, it is a bit frustrating for Lost Ark players when they get locked out due to unforeseen server issues and crashes, so it is great to see the developers implement this system.
It is important to note that a replacement weekly entry may take up to a day to be delivered via your in-game mailbox.
While the solution might not be perfect, the heroes of Arkesia should rest a bit easier knowing that they could repeat timed or ticketed activities if server crashes or stability issues occur.
Remember, if it is your own internet connection issues, this solution won't be available, and it could take up to a day for the in-game mail to arrive.
