What is the Disgorged Lump in Lost Ark?

The Disgorged Lump is a craftable item that players can harvest in a specific area in Lost Ark. According to the Lost Ark Codex, the item is described as "a lump of vomit that White Birds in Loghill feed their babies".

Since this is an Uncommon item, Disgorged Lump is "untradeable", nor can it be destroyed. Nevertheless, the item can produce the Protein Packed White Bird Stew and is essential for completing the Rethramis Adventurer's Tome when crafted.

Where to obtain Disgorged Lump in Lost Ark?

As Disgorged Lump is the main ingredient for the Protein Packed White Bird Stew, the item can be harvested in Loghill. The exact location is situated on the outskirts of East Oratory at a chapel marked by a flock of birds.

Look for a shrub nearby and explore it to find the Disgorged Lump. Players can harvest as much of this item from the shrub; however, they'll only need one for crafting just for the Protein Packed White Bird Stew recipe.

Once harvested, they can return to Prideholme and locate Hely to start the crafting process. If players haven't visited the cooking NPC before collecting Disgorged Lump, she can be found at the bottom of the main city, near the Legacy of the Ancients quest marker.

How to use Disgorged Lump in Lost Ark?

As mentioned earlier, Disgorged Lump is the main ingredient for crafting the Protein Packed White Bird Stew recipe. Aside from the Disgorged Lump, players will also need 1400 Silver to complete crafting the recipe.
