All Guide Paradox Mission Endings in Honkai Star Rail

In order to unlock this Adventure Mission, players must first receive a text message from Arlan after completing all Trailblaze Missions in Herta's Space Station. Additionally, you must have cleared enough Adventure Missions to have space for a new one to pop up. Arlan will then invite you to help out with a video that has been stolen. 

After playing through the story and uncovering the story of Sheila, players will be asked to decide what should happen to her. This is where the choice you make will impact the end of the story. Here is what will happen depending on which choice you make. 

Please Tell Sheila the Truth

If you tell Sheila the truth, her cognitive module will suffer an overload. She will start to realize that everything about her life has been fake, and the player will be told that this was the worst option they could have chosen. 

Please “Fix” Sheila’s Cognition

If you fix her cognition, Sheila's memory will be reverted to back before she knew anything about being a robot. She will continue to live out her days in blissful ignorance. The player will also be told that this was likely the best possible option they could have chosen. 

Please Destroy Sheila

If you choose to destroy Sheila, the player will be left in a morally grey area, as the supporting cast remark whether or not this was the right thing to do. 

Each of the three endings has a good, bad, and neutral option depending on which final choice you make. 

Thankfully, regardless of the option you make, the rewards will still be the same, so there is no need to worry about potentially missing out on rewards by picking the bad ending. The rewards you can receive are as follows:

• 100 Trailblaze EXP
• 30 Stellar Jade
• 3 Adventure Logs
• 50 Hertareum
• 5000 Credits
