While the game does provide elemental powers such as water, wind, and fire, these abilities need to be managed and upgraded as a resource, and Jizo statues will be how you do it.

If you're struggling to locate the Jizo statues in the Akisawa shrine area, don't worry! This guide will provide you with all the necessary information to find them. Below, we will outline the steps to locate all the Jizo statue locations in the Akisawa shrine area of Ghostwire Tokyo.

Ghostwire Tokyo Jizo Statue Akisawa Shrine Locations

It's worth noting that to access shrine areas like Akisawa, players must first progress until they reach and complete chapter 4 of the game. Once this is done, you will be able to locate the Jizo statues in any of these shrine areas.

These statues provide a buff to one of your elemental powers, depending on the type of statue discovered. For instance, discovering a fire statue will provide a new fire element buff to enhance your abilities.

Akisawa Shrine has two Jizo Statues for you to locate. They can be difficult to come across on your own, so here's our breakdown. 

Jizou Statue 1: Water Statue (Water SP +1)

This statue may seem as though it belongs to a different shrine area, but it is in fact within the Akisawa shrine area. The particular Jizo Statue in question is located in the far northeast of the Shrine, near its boundaries. 

To find it, head towards the back of a building away from the main road. For a point of reference, it can be found slightly northeast of Shibuya Central Hospital. 

Jizour Statue 2: Wind Statue (Wind SP +1)

To locate the second Jizo statue in the Akisawa Shrine region, head toward the east of the main Shrine location. You will need to navigate off-road and enter a large group of buildings in the vicinity. The statue is situated in the center of these buildings, on a building corner.

If you encounter difficulty finding the statue, consult the map image provided. Alternatively, you can use your Spectral Vision ability to identify its precise location if you find yourself stuck. By following these instructions, you should have no trouble finding the second Jizo statue and further enhancing your elemental powers in Ghostwire Tokyo.
