How to unlock The Chasm in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact 2.6 update is here with a brand new area called The Chasm, located in Liyue and was locked for a long time. It was first showcased officially during the Genshin Impact 2.5 special program livestream that features terrains along with many strange ecological and geological environments. 

It is said to be the region where Azdhaha and Morax fought against someone and is deeply connected to its lore. Travelers can unlock The Chasm using this guide to explore the district of mines and move ahead in Genshin Impact's main storyline.

Genshin Impact: How to reach The Chasm

You will need to have Adventure Rank 28 or above in order to be able to go to The Chasm. In addition to this, you need to complete Chapter 1: Act 3: A New Star Approaches Archon Quest and Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering world quest in order to unlock The Chasm. 

You can complete the Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering world quest as follows:

The first thing you need to do is talk to Muning, who will give you a note, and then you will have to head to the location marked on the map to look for the adventurer Zhiqiong.

Once you reach there, talk to Zhiqiong and then go to the miner's warehouse, where you will have to beat the treasure hoarders and obtain Lumenstone Adjuvant from the warehouse. 

Next, go back to Zhiqiong and talk to her where she will ask you to destroy the Bedrock Keys.

After you do this, speak to her again and destroy the remaining three Bedrock Keys at the locations marked on the map.

After you do this, talk to Zhiqiong again, and she will ask you to look for the final Bedrock key that you will find inside a cave at the marked location and destroy it. 

Once you do it, the mines will get unlocked, and you will then follow Zhiqiong to the camp to talk to Muning to complete the Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering world quest and unlock The Chasm.
