FIFA 21 TOTW 8 predictions ft. Werner, Ronaldo, Vidal, and more

FIFA Ultimate Teams fans are gearing up for another Team of the Week following the handful of matches played across the last few days of competition, with international football taking the centre stage.

Taking players from matches disputed between Thursdays and Mondays, the TOTW is always highly anticipated by fans when it drops every Wednesday. 

Highlights from the international break include Portugal and France's hard-fought bout in the UEFA Nations League, Uruguay trashing Colombia in the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers, and more.

So, who do we think will make it to this week's TOTW? Here are our predictions down below including three standouts:

FIFA TOTW 8 - Predictions

Timo Werner - Chelsea/Germany

The German centre-forward was in scintillating form for his country in their win versus Ukraine, helping Germany come back from an early deficit and secure the win 3-1 with a brace by the Chelsea striker.

Goran Pandev - Genoa/North Macedonia

The 37-year-old veteran made history during the Euro 2020 qualifiers by helping North Macedonia secure a spot in the group stages for his country.

A solitary goal was all that was needed against Georgia, but it's a strike it won't be forgotten for years to come.

Cristiano Ronaldo - Juventus/Portugal

While Portugal might have been eliminated from the Nations League competition, Ronaldo's goal against Andorra tied him up with Ferenc Puskas as the fourth most prolific goalscorer in the history of the sport with 746 goals.
