When Mediatonic, the creators of Fall Guys, announced that they would be holding a charity auction with the winner getting their likeness made into a skin for the game, few would have thought it would reach $1M.

But that is exactly what happened on the 31st August when with one hour until the auction was to close, a four-way bid came in from Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, Jimmy "Mr Beast" Donaldson, and companies G2 Esports and Aim Lab.
The four-way bid beat out 2nd place FGTEEV, a popular YouTuber with over 16 million subscribers, in what was described as the "Battle of the Brands".
The entirety of the $1M will also be going to Special Effect, a UK based charity that helps gamers with physical disabilities do what they love - game.
Unbelievable! THANK YOU to the winners @aimlab, @G2esports, @MrBeastYT, @Ninja & everyone who bid, and to @FallGuysGame for making it all possible. Your generosity will enable us to continue making gaming dreams come true for people with physical disabilities around the world!ð https://t.co/cBKDIBwN4p pic.twitter.com/HD16H07BML

How these skins will look is not year known, though mock-ups from various people have appeared, with Ninja's blue-haired yellow headband look seeming a natural fit for the game.
Mediatonic has agreed to make all four skins, or costumes in the game's parlance, and the developers have stated that they are already working with the winners on creating their looks in-game.
There is no word yet on when the skins will be released, or if they will cost the usual five crowns or maybe more, it could be a while yet the developers are likely working hard on Season 2 which is due to release in the next couple of weeks.
