When you first make your way to Hishahn in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, you might stumble across Kurtz, a chef on the lookout for the Grilled Tutuva recipe. Nowa, always one to meddle, offers his help in securing the recipe. So, where is it?

Where Is The Grilled Tutuva Recipe In Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes?

Kurtz won't give you nothing to go on to find the Grilled Tutuva recipe. The hint he gives is that the people who have the recipe are "all bark." Now, while you might immediately think of a dog's bark, the answer is actually a lot more... Earthy?

Head back to the Treefolk Village, a place where it's inhabitants are literally all bark, and make your way up to the second floor of the village and walk towards the Trade House. You'll be stopped to speak to a villager who will help you with your request and hand you the Grilled Tutuva recipe.

How To Recruit Kurtz

Head back to Hishahn and give the Grilled Tutuva recipe to Kurtz. He'll then agree to join the Alliance and will head to your HQ. You'll need to finish up by building the Restaurant which requires:

• 800 Headquarters Funds
• 80 Food
• And Kurtz, of course.

The restaurant will be built inside the Hero's Den (the inn). Visit Kurtz here to hand over any recipes you might have found. He'll then be able to make them at the restaurant and you can utilise the effects of the food in combat. Another chef will suddenly appear to the right, who will then challenge Kurtz to a cook-off. You'll be able to take part in a cooking minigame by accepting the challenge. If you fail, don't worry. You can attempt it over and over again. You'll have better chances the more you collect recipes and give them to Kurtz.
