Just weeks before the launch of Destiny 2 Lightfall, the fourth main expansion of the game's Light and Darkness saga, Bungie has released a new story trailer highlighting the different regions and enemies of Neomuna, the neon-soaked city of Neptune.
The Lightfall expansion is shaping up to be an incredibly ambitious affair, featuring a massive cyberpunk city and the new Darkness subclass called Strand.
Neomuna is a vibrant futuristic place full of grey rocky outskirts, pink and purple city streets, and lush interiors.
The nearly two-minute-long trailer gives us the first look at Cloud Striders, the friendly new faction that players will team up with to protect Neomuna and fend off The Witness, Calus, and its disciples.
Speaking of Calus, the former Emperor of the Cabal has a major presence in this new trailer, snippets of which could be of the new raid or the game's campaign.
The trailer also showcases the gruesome Tormentors in action, one of the many formidable foes scouting the city streets of Neomuna. Additionally, all three classes - Hunter, Warlock, and Titan - can be seen using their unique Strand abilities.
Destiny 2 Lightfall launches on 28th February 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
