Dead Island 2 Landscaper's Keys Location

There are several locked safes to unlock in the Bel-Air district of Dead Island 2. Most of these keys have been snagged by various zombies in the area. 

Some zombie types won't spawn in the area until you have been formally introduced to them in the main story. As you may expect, the Landscaper's key is on a zombie type that doesn't appear until much later in the story. If however you've managed to get that far and you're looking to find the Landscaper's key in Dead Island 2, read on and we'll explain everything you need to know. 

How To Get The Landscaper's Keys In Dead Island 2

You can get the Landscaper's keys by killing the Green Thumb Eddie, who spawns near the pool of Colt Swanson's mansion. The catch is that Eddie is a Butcher-type zombie who won't appear in the area until you have defeated Butcho the Clown in the story quest, "Boardwalking Dead."

The Boardwalking Dead quest appears in the latter half of the story and could take anywhere between 10-12 hours to reach. Once you have completed the aforementioned quest, fast-travel back to Emma Jaunt's mansion in Bel-Air and go to Swanson's pool. You can find its exact location in the screenshot below. 

Green Thumb Eddie is a relatively tougher enemy and can take you down easily if you're not careful. The easiest way to kill him is to lure him into the swimming pool and electrocute him with a ranged weapon. 

Once you have defeated the Butcher, grab the Landscaper's keys and head back to Emma Jaunt's mansion. Now, Eddie's Toolbox is on the back of a white pickup truck at the back of Emma's mansion.
