The planet Ava is rich with colorful flora, unique creatures, and a plethora of Naam culture and history to learn from the various NPCs. To preserve the Naam culture while trying to save it from the Withering, Wind Chimes can be found across the world as a symbol of their love for nature.
These Wind Chimes are scattered across multiple areas, which are unlocked through story quest progression, but taking pictures of them can be rewarding when learning new skills. This guide details all the locations thus far on where to find the Wind Chimes in Creatures of Ava.
What Are Wind Chimes In Creatures Of Ava? Explained
The open world of Ava is filled with unique biomes, plenty of creatures, colorful NPCs, and unique collectibles to find. One such collectible is the Wind Chimes that the Naam has constructed to show their love and profound appreciation for nature.
There are plenty of Wind Chimes across all biomes on the planet Ava, which can be captured using a camera to "document" the Naam culture. This collectible is triggered near the end of "The Songs of Ava" quest after learning the Naam way of taming creatures and rescuing a few before teleporting them to the BioArk.
Capturing the Wind Chimes can earn Victoria Research Points, the game's take on the Skill Point system, which can help them unlock new skills through the Skill Tree. All Wind Chimes can be found through exploration across all areas or biomes, which these areas or biomes are unlocked through in-game progression, so completing the area's questline is important to gain access to other areas and, therefore, finding more Wind Chimes.
All Wind Chime Locations In Creatures Of Ava
As of writing, we've only had access to the Tamura Grassland, the starting area or biome for which there are eight Wind Chimes to find. Once we've continued to progress through the main story questline and unlock more areas or biomes in-game, there will be more Wind Chimes to locate, and we'll update this guide with the found locations.
Below, we've listed all the Wind Chime locations in Creatures of Ava per area or biome and detail how to find them through exploration:
Wind Chime 1: Found at the southern gated entrance to the village at the Tamura Grassland Sibling Tree.
Wind Chime 2: Head into the village and find the high bell tower where they can find Nim'ar during the early game quests and look up to see this Wind Chime.
Wind Chime 3: After learning how to tame and lead a Ura into Sebb'ti's pen, head back into the area where they found the creature until they've reached the cliff's edge and look to their right to spot a Wind Chime hanging off a structure.
Wind Chime 4: During the "Through Stone, we teach" quest in The Weeping Rock location and after gaining the Krist ability, remove the Witherblossom in this area and along their way of exiting, look up from the staircase and use the camera to zoom into a tower where another Wind Chime can be found.
Wind Chime 5: During "The Key to Love" quest inside the Antaris Hermitage, carefully walk along the bridge and, before the gap, look slightly downwards where they can find another Wind Chime.
Wind Chime 6: Move further down the bridge at the Antaris Hermitage; they'll reach a gate, but on the right side is a series of ladders going down, and once on the ground, wrap around the side of the left, where they can spot a Wind Chime in the distance.
Wind Chime 7: During the "Think of the Kids" quest around a temple on the northern side of the Antaris Hermitage is a wall to lift using the Ushun ability, and inside is the next Wind Chime.
Wind Chime 8: The final Wind Chime is found west of the Aleph Prime's Grassland Base en route to the jungle gate; look for a statue where a Wind Chime can be seen below a tree.
As we begin our adventures in Nari Jungle and unlock the remaining areas or biomes, this guide will be updated with all the Wind Chimes to find across Ava. Do bookmark this page to stay updated on all Wind Chime locations and how to find them in Creatures of Ava.
