Creatures Of Ava Trinkets Explained: How To Unlock, Equip And More

Creatures of Ava may not have customization options to change Victoria's in-game appearance, but they can alter the Nafitar staff, her trusted camera, and her skills in-game. But they can personalize one of her frequently used items, her backpack, by adorning them with collectible charms called Trinkets.

Trinkets aren't like other collectibles in-game, as they can be unlocked by completing various objectives or purchasing them as cosmetic packs through the dedicated storefronts. This fashionable guide will detail what Trinkets are, how to unlock or acquire them, and how to equip them in Creatures of Ava.

What Are Trinkets And How To Equip In Creatures of Ava?

Trinkets are unique collectibles that players can earn to adorn Victoria's backpack, which we'll discuss later. Unlike Wind Chimes and Censers, which players can interact with in various ways, Trinkets are collectible charms, but they must be unlocked first before equipping them to her backpack.

The Trinkets do not have any influence from a gameplay perspective, so they don't need to worry, as these collectibles are purely cosmetic only. As of writing, there are 41 Trinkets total for players to unlock or acquire, and this can be done in various ways, which we've explained further in this guide.

Nevertheless, once they've earned a Trinket or two, they can begin equipping them to the backpack, which can be done from the Avapedia by hitting the TAB key or the Guide button on the Xbox controller. Navigate to the Inventory tab, and from the menu, hover over to the Trinkets area and click on one of the slots on either side of the backpack.

They'll enter the Trinkets section, where they can view any Trinkets they may have unlocked or acquired, which they can equip to either slot, and only two trinkets can be equipped at a time. Once they've equipped their Trinkets, they've officially personalized Victoria's backpack before setting off to complete various objectives to unlock more, which we'll explain in detail.

How To Get Trinkets In Creatures Of Ava?

Now that we've explained what Trinkets are, it's time to get to the meat of how they can be obtained. Firstly, a handful of Trinkets can be acquired if players have purchased the game's Deluxe Edition; they will get the Deluxe Backpack Trinkets and WDC Charity Backpack Trinkets Sets.

The Deluxe Backpack Trinkets Set unlocks five unique Trinkets: Tabitha's Glasses, Emojis: Huhu Heart, Emojis: Naam Nope, Emojis: Tabitha Glasses, and Emojis: Vic Heart Eyes Trinkets to adorn Victoria's backpack. The WDC Charity Backpack Trinkets Set adds five Trinkets, too: the  WDC Dolphin, Orca, Whale, and the WDC Logo purchases of this Trinket Set will have "81% of Net Receipts" donated to the Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC).

These Trinket Sets can also be purchased separately from the Epic Games Store, GOG.com, Steam, and Microsoft Stores from the game's listing. Players can also unlock Trinkets in-game by completing various objectives, which can be viewed from Avapedia, and clicking on the Trinket slot on Victoria's backpack.
