Creatures Of Ava Crafting: How To Unlock And Craft Items

Aside from exploring the vast regions of Ava, petting and saving creatures, and discovering secrets hidden throughout the world, Creatures of Ava also features a Crafting system that can greatly assist Victoria. However, players may be confused that they won't be able to craft immediately as the game starts, as it's locked behind a quest.

As such, they must progress with the specific quest and speak with a Naam NPC before they can craft as many consumables as possible to their hearts' content. This guide explains how players can unlock the Crafting system and how to craft various consumables and their requirements in Creatures of Ava.

How To Unlock The Crafting System In Creatures Of Ava?

Players must progress with the Tamûra Grasslands region quests until they receive the "A Warm Invitation" quest from Tabitha, in which the village chief, Hon'lo, will task them with collecting Welcome Branches from three Naam NPCs watching over each Sibling Tree. The first objective is to locate the western Sibling Tree, the Mâruba Swamp Sibling Tree, where they'll meet Bay'rush, a herbalist, who'll ask Victoria to craft something at a nearby campfire.

They can approach the campfire, for which they already have the Healing Brew recipe but need a specific item to craft it. The Healing Brew requires six Green Essences, which can be found in a handful of resources like Rosarem Petal and Palia's Finger, and they can craft as many Healing Brews as possible before showing it to Bay'rush.

In return, they will receive the Mâruba Welcome Branch and unlock the crafting system. Multiple campfires will be available for Victoria to access and craft various consumables if they have the required resources within her Inventory.

How To Craft Items In Creatures Of Ava?

Now that we've unlocked the Crafting system in-game, this will also unlock several campfires that can be found across the world through exploration. There's one in the Arsira Village close to Tabitha's Control Center besides a Naam NPC, Ish'ar, where they can interact to bring up the Crafting menu and select the recipe and resources before crafting a consumable.

However, the game doesn't explicitly state how players can acquire crafting recipes in-game, and this is an area that requires more investigation as we progress with the main story questline.
