Fatigue and exhaustion have been hot topics in the esports industry as many pro players have asked TOs to provide breaks between tournaments. Recently, during BLAST Premier Spring Final, multiple players like m0NESY and zont1x, also revealed that they are exhausted from the continuous traveling and long series, respectively.

We caught up with NAVI and Vitality players during the event and they shared their opinions on whether they need more longer breaks between the CS2 tournaments.

iM from NAVI revealed that he finds traveling the most difficult thing to do, so he sometimes wants rest, while the other times it's alright.

"Sometimes yes, sometimes no," iM said. "Like for example, even if we have some days off, weeks off, I'll still play with my friends. So it's either that or practice. So, I don't know. I would say it's 50/50. I think the hardest thing to do is travel. That is the hardest thing."

jL knowing exactly what he is doing while giving the answer to this question simply said, "No, we don't want to be like Valorant" before giving the cheekiest knowing look to the camera.

B1t shared that everything is perfect for him at the moment and he doesn't want to change it.

"Actually, no," B1t said. "I think we have a good schedule right now, so I wouldn't want to change something."

Talking about maintaining consistent performance while avoiding exhaustion and fatigue, ZywOo, Vitality's star player, added, "I think I manage this quite well. I think it's most important to have good rest, especially as we are traveling a lot. We have a lot of tournaments, but I think it's really important to have a fresh brain [before playing]. So I think having a good rest [between tournaments] is really important. And also, I think communicating with your team is also really important."

Both the teams will be back after the break for next season and we will see you guys with the detailed coverage of the next BLAST event.
