British Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports fans will have more players to cheer on than just Vitality's William "mezii" Merriman. At the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024, OG will have a temporary new in-game leader in the form of British rifler Thomas "Thomas" Utting, previously from Into The Breach.
After losing Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko to Cloud9, OG is still recovering, and busy with their squad changes during what is best described as "Rostermania" or simply the off season.

Taking to X, the organization addressed the changes and explained the situation to fans, stating:
We have continued to search for the correct roles over this slower market period, however, we still need to meet the roster deadlines accordingly, and as such, we will be fielding a roster that includes Thomas "Thomas" Utting, who will take on the role of in-game leader for the BLAST Fall Groups.
More announcements are in the cards for OG fans as the organization is focused on "shaping the best possible team" with the Shanghai Major qualification coming up.
