While they can't deal a lot of damage, support and healers are necessary for teams to succeed in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt.
"Whenever allies falter, the Muse runs to the rescue and inspires them back into the fray with their enchanting song," Sharkmob AB's official Bloodhunt site says of the Muse Archetype.
"A true survivor and team player, the Muse shows the power of an active defense," it further explains. "The ability to recover is what truly makes them impressive." The Muse is a member of the Toreador clan.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt - Muse powers
Because the Muse is a support Archetype, their abilities allow them to heal other players, recover themselves, and evade attacks.
The Muse's powers are as follows:
- Clan Skill: Projection/Dash - Send out a self-projection, which you can dash to.
- Passive Skill: Final Act - Instantly refresh your cooldowns and enable the use of powers when downed.
- Archetype Skill: Rejuvenating Voice - Enter a restorative state that heals you and nearby allies while channeled. Taking damage or using the power while channeling interrupts the healing state.
The Archetype skill, which is unique to this Archetype, is particularly useful, allowing you to boost the whole team with little effort so long as you're not actively being ambushed.
That's the Muse Archetype's role in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt, their powers, and how they're meant to be played.
