Assassin's Creed Mirage The Calling Quest Hidden Place Location | The Ancient Place

While progressing through Assassin's Creed Mirage's main story, players meet Basim's old friend, Nehal, after the assassination of Al-Ghul, a member of The Order, in his hometown of Anbar.

When you talk to Nehal at her home in Anbar, she tells you about how she has spent her time finding the mysteries behind the ancient artifacts and their associated symbols. As a good friend, Basim promises Nehal to help her out. 

That marks the beginning of Nehal's investigation, with the first quest being "The Calling," with the objective of finding the Hidden Place. While on the Investigation page, you will find a brief hint of The Ancient Place's location as the quest description reads, "Nehal's note mentions an Oasis north of Aqarquf Dunes."

With that, the game tasks you to find the Hidden Place that Nehal has been searching for without any definite marker or waypoint or more precise details on how to reach there, making progressing the quest rather daunting for many players.

Where To Find The Hidden Place In Assassin's Creed Mirage

In Assassin's Creed Mirage, you can find the Hidden Place in the Northern Oasis in the Wilderness region in the northern part of the game map. As mentioned earlier, you must find the hidden place to progress "The Ancient Place" investigation and "The Calling" quest, a part of Nehal's Investigation.  

Head east from Anbar to the location highlighted in the above map screenshot to reach its location

Tips: Make sure to Synchronize with the nearby Viewpoint as you will be teleporting to the Northern Oasis a lot while progressing The Calling quest. 

How To Get Inside The Ancient Place In Assassin's Creed Mirage

From the Northern Oasis viewpoint, make your way to the pond, dive underwater, and keep swimming to the bottom until you find the secret entrance that takes you to the hidden place. 

The hidden place that the quest talks about is a delipidated temple holding three ancient legendary gear: the Milad's Outfit, Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegar Sword, and The Samsaama Dagger. 

When you take the hidden entrance located at the bottom of the pond in Northern Oasis, keep following the straight path, and you will reach the room holding the three gear pieces along with altars where you can use Mysterious Stones to unlock the barrier holding the gear.
