Among Us, the social deduction game that has taken over Twitch in recent months is going as strong as it's ever been, racking up numbers in the hundreds of thousands on the platform.
While the game is known for the casual environment and relaxed vibes it generally promotes, being ground zero for unbelievable collaborations, such as the recent stream that saw Sergio Aguero and Neymar join forces, competitive Among Us is a very real thing, with tournament organisers putting serious money on the line up for grabs.
The most recent event put together by BOOM TV, Cod Red Line had $10,000 for players to pursue, with Twitch streamer Classify coming out on top in a stacked event that incorporated personalities such as Félix "xQc" Lengyel or Tyler "Trainwreckstv" Niknam.

The tournament, which saw players receive individual points for correctly guessing and voting on who was the impostor in each round (or for getting kills as the impostor), had to go to multiple extra rounds, as Classify was tied up with Trainwrecks right until the very end, securing the win and $5,000 of the prize pool going his way.
This isn't the first tournament hosted by BOOM TV, as Trainwrecks won the inaugural competition at the start of October, in a competition that featured the likes of SypherPK and Soulja Boy.
