Inside the Mothermouth, you will find yourself the Moonstone. According to the lore of the game, it is deeply embedded with the history of the StarClan cats in Warrior Cats. Is it true that if you touch your nose to the Moonstone, you will turn into a StarClan cat?

The short answer is no. The Moonstone does not turn you into a StarClan cat. The truth is, the Moonstone in Mothermouth does not seem to do anything in Warrior Cats. It is a fun location to find if you are super interested in the game's lore. But it does not have any practical use at this time.
