Pokémon GO Teddiursa Community Day – Dates, Featured Pokémon, More

Following the successful Dratini Community Day Classic, developer Niantic has planned their next event for Pokémon GO, featuring the adorably plush Teddiursa, with its evolutions, Ursaring and Ursaluna, debuting for the first time in the game. In addition, there are several features and activities like Raids and Special and Field Research to look forward to, including various Shiny Pokémon to seek out when adventuring into the wild. We've detailed everything about the Teddiursa Community Day event, including its schedule, featured spawns, and more.

Pokémon GO Teddiursa Community Day – Event Schedule

The upcoming Community Day: Teddiursa event is nearly upon us: the event will go live on 12th November 2022 and run for three hours, from 2 pm to 5 pm local time. In addition, a mini event, A Full Moon, will coincide with the Pokémon GO Community Day: Teddiursa, from 12th November 2022 at 2 pm local time until 13th November 2022 at 6 am local time. During this mini-event, you can evolve Ursaring to Ursaluna while the full moon is present for 100 Teddiursa Candy.

Can Teddiursa Be Shiny During Pokémon GO Community Day?

This Community Day event will feature the Normal-type Teddy Bear Pokémon, Teddiursa, who will appear more often in the wild during the event's duration. Should you spot this adorable Pokémon, there's a chance that you may encounter a Shiny Teddiursa to catch and add to your PokéDex.

But that's not all; Teddiursa's evolutions, Ursaring and Ursaluna, will also debut in Pokémon GO, which you can evolve during the A Full Moon mini-event. During this mini-event, Ursaluna's Charged Attack, High Horsepower, will be learned and available five hours after the event ends.

Pokémon GO Teddiursa Community Day – Bonus Raid Battles

Teddiursa's evolution, Ursaring, will also be available in a Bonus Raid Battle on 12th November 2022 between 5 pm and 10 pm local time. For this Bonus Raid Battle, Ursaring appears in four-star Raids, which is accessible when using either Raid Passes or Premium Battle Passes when joining the Raid.

Should you be victorious against Ursaring, Teddiursa will appear more frequently within a 300-meter radius surrounding the specific Gym that held the Ursaring Raid Battle. This will be limited to 30 minutes after the Raid, in which you'll have equal chances of a Shiny Teddiursa appearing within the radius.

Pokémon GO Teddiursa Community Day – Event Bonuses

Trainers can acquire Teddiursa-themed Stickers for the Community Day by spinning PokéStops, unwrapping Gifts, and buying them from the in-game Shop. Lastly, you can take advantage of several event bonuses, which will be activated for and after the Community Day event ends.

While some of these event bonuses are available for the Community Day event only, other perks are available on the dates mentioned above, from 2 pm to 10 pm local time, marked with an asterisk (*).

Below, we've listed the event bonuses you can earn in the Pokémon GO Teddiursa Community Day:

• Triple Stardust when catching Pokémon
• Double Candy when catching Pokémon
• Double the chance to earn Candy XL from catching Pokémon for Trainers Level 31 and higher
• Lure Modules and Incense will be activated for the event and be available for three hours
• Take a couple of pictures during the Community Day event for a surprise
• An additional Special Trade will be allowed for a maximum of two for this specific day (*)
• 50% less Stardust is required when making Trades (*)
