As players get acquainted with Reth, they slowly suspect that Reth isn't saying who or what he's doing in Kilima Village, which leads them to begin their investigations. While they are busy looking into Reth's "side business," his sister, Tish, is also drawing concerns about him, which they will pursue in Reth's Friendship quest, Piece of Cake.

Tish will request players to learn exactly what secret Reth is withholding from her, or they can speak to Reth directly to find out what it is. Rise to the occasion and learn about Reth's secret by following the objectives listed below to help them complete the Piece of Cake Friendship quest in Palia.

Palia Piece Of Cake Friendship Quest Objectives List

After helping Reth with a couple of tasks while he went about his secret business during the Errands For Reth Friendship quest, players are inching closer to learning what this secret business may be. Players will first take care of a delivery for Reth during the Piece of Cake Friendship quest, which Reth manages to convince them to complete for him.

However, there's a secret that he wishes to share with them, and depending on whether they have picked up a Discovery quest from Tish, this secret will advance Tish's next Friendship quest. If the delivery should be a "Piece of Cake," then these quest objectives outlined below should be too:

• Find the cake
• Acquire the Cake Box
• Bring the cake to Tamala
  • Report back to Reth
• Meet Reth in the storeroom below the inn

How To Complete The Piece Of Cake Friendship Quest In Palia?

Tish believes her brother, Reth, is hiding something from her, and they must investigate what his secret entails in his Friendship quest, Piece of Cake. Players can receive this quest by reaching Friendship level 3 with Reth or from Tish when completing the Secrets, Secrets Discovery quest, as they need to learn his secret for her.

Regardless of how they receive this quest, Reth will ask to see players as he needs some assistance for his "side hustle" as they are to retrieve a cake near the docks. The cake box is not found at the Western Docks, as it's located at the Eastern Docks near Fisherman's Lagoon, which they can collect before delivering the cake box to Tamala.

Once the delivery has been made, return to Reth to report that it has been delivered to Tamala, but he wishes to speak with players in private. Head to Reth's Storeroom, which can be accessed by taking the stairs behind Ashura's desk at Ormuu's Horn Inn or from the Underground Black Market, and they can speak to Reth.

Reth will reveal the secret that the cake box players had delivered, which is hiding a Flow-powered device, which is illegal for Majiri to possess or use, as Zeki had ordered him to give it to Tamala. Depending on which dialogue option they responded with, they can either be okay with him coming clean or be upset at Reth, which ends the Piece of Cake Friendship quest.

If they had told Reth that things were not good between them, they would have spoken to him to unlock a unique dialogue with him, but they'll receive 25 Renown, ten Butter, ten Cooking Oil, and his Storeroom key. If they received this quest from Tish, they could return to Tish to learn Reth's secret to complete the Secrets, Secrets Discovery quest and progress towards Tish's Friendship level 4 quest, Make 'Em Sing.
