Absorbing Man is a very powerful card in Marvel Snap. Absorbing Man will copy the On Reveal ability of the last card you played. Under the right circumstances, Absorbing Man has the potential to win an entire game by himself. Absorbing Man has dipped in and out of the meta, usually alongside his main enabler, Zabu. However, even after Zabu was nerfed, Absorbing Man is still a huge and now unpredictable threat.
So, if you are ready to start using Absorbing Man in Marvel Snap, you've come to the right place. This article will cover the best Absorbing Man decks in Marvel Snap that you can use to reach Infinite, including deck list, strategies, and more.

Best Absorbing Man Decks In Marvel Snap
The best decks that feature Absorbing Man are those that feature powerful On Reveal effects. Game-winning effects like Silver Surfer can be copied with Absorbing Man. Alternatively, you can control your opponent's board by copying an ability like Spider-Man's in order to lock out two locations for your enemy's cards the following turn.
Absorbing Man & Silver Surfer Deck
As mentioned, Silver Surfer has one of the most powerful and game-winning On Reveal abilities in Marvel Snap. Despite being nerfed, Silver Surfer is still incredibly strong under the right circumstances, and Absorbing Man pushes this card's potential even further. The general strategy for any Silver Surfer deck is to play as many three-cost cards as possible in the early game while securing locations with Storm, Juggernaut, Cosmo, and Killmonger.
Then as you transition into the late game, you can start building towards your final play of Wong and Silver Surfer. Additionally, Absorbing Man recently received a buff, so he can now activate his On Reveal ability twice when used with Wong. This allows you to potentially get off four Silver Surfer boosts in a single game!
Absorbing Man & Silver Surfer Deck List:
- Psylocke
- Zabu
- Brood
- Silver Surfer
- Storm
- Cosmo
- Juggernaut

Absorbing Man & Spider-Man Deck
During its heyday, Spider-Man and Absorbing Man were a force to be reckoned with. Before Zabu was nerfed, this card would discount all your four-cost cards by two. This means that on turn five, you would be able to play double Spider-Man and prevent your opponent from playing in two locations on the final turn! This was, essentially, a game-winning strategy and arguably one of the biggest contributors to Zabu's nerf.
While this broken strategy is thankfully no longer possible, it is still possible to lock your opponent out of a single lane using Spider-Man on turn four and Absorbing Man on turn five. When these two cards are used alongside other control cards like Storm, Professor X, and Daredevil, it is very easy to stop your opponent from playing the game entirely!
