Honkai Star Rail 1.3 is set to unveil tons of brand-new content. New characters, new events, and new missions will all be dropping when this patch goes live. Significant changes will also be coming to the Simulated Universe thanks to the arrival of the new event, Simulated Universe: The Swarm Disaster. This new event will unlock the Path of Propagation for all Trailblazers to try out while battling through the Roguelike dungeon.

Honkai Star Rail 1.3 New Herta's Store Light Cone

The new Light Cone coming to Herta's Store in Honkai Star Rail 1.3 is Solitary Healing. This Light Cone has the following stats at level 80:

• 1058 Health
• 529 ATK
• 396 DEF

The Light Cone has the following ability:

• Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 20%. When the wearer unleashes their Ultimate, increases DoT dealt by the wearer by 24% for 2 turns. When the target suffering from the wearer's DoT is defeated, the wearer regenerates 4 Energy. 

The Light Cone will require the following materials to upgrade:

• Extinguished Core
• Obsidian of Dread

The Light Cone can be obtained via the following method:

• Redeemable using Herta Bonds in Herta's Store in the Simulated Universe from Version 1.3 onwards. 

This Light Cone is relatively niche, but still certainly has a place in the game for certain characters. Most notably, Kafka and her band of DoT characters can really benefit from this Light Cone. Those who did not manage to acquire Kafka's Signature Light Cone or are saving their currency for future banners can definitely consider picking this up as a free-to-play alternative. 

Kafka, Luka, and Sampo all benefit from this Light Cone's effect and can significantly increase their DoT capabilities in order to take out enemies more effectively.
