Genshin Impact The Great Banquet of the Adepti web event: How to join, all tasks, rewards, more

The Lantern Rite festival has returned to Genshin Impact 2.4, bringing much joy and hope to all the people in Liyue as they release their wishes to the sky for the Adepti to hear.

With many grand festivities underway, developer miHoYo has announced a new web event where players will have the chance to celebrate around Liyue, completing different tasks and challenges with Primogems and more rewards waiting at the end of the road.

The Great Banquet of the Adepti: How to Join and All Tasks

To take part in The Great Banquet of the Adepti web event, you must have a miHoYo account, as well as a character with an Adventure Rank 10 or higher on any of the game’s servers.

Once you have everything ready, you must enter this website, log in to your miHoYo account, and select your current server and character. If you play on either a PS4 or PS5, you will have to enter from the Mail section within the game’s menu.

After you do this, you will have to click the Enter button below the event’s title, which will take you to a special interaction between the Traveler and Paimon inside the Serenitea Pot.

Here, both will have the idea of inviting the other Adepti to this mythical place, so they can also enjoy the Lantern Rite together. However, before you get to invite them, you will have to set the Serenitea Pot ready with decorations, food, and everything needed to celebrate the festival.

For this, you will have to play a series of minigames in the web event, in which you must collect different treasures aboard your Waverider using a net to get Shimmering Shells.

But, getting the best treasures won’t be that easy as the net will be moving by itself. Note that you must time its position correctly and then right-click with your mouse, so the net will extend and catch whatever is in front of it. Depending on the size of the treasure, it will give you more or fewer shells.

At first, you will have only three trips available to go to the sea, but you can get more by logging in to the web event and sharing the event on social media. You can obtain up to 400 Shimmering Shells per day in this minigame.

During your trips, players may even find red Rarity Chests while on a salvage voyage. Rarity Chests will not be converted to Shimmering Shells and will be temporarily stored on the boat and opened when evaluation is complete.

The rarities you collect will be stored in the "Underwater Rarities" showcase on the home page, and if you manage to collect all five types, you will receive 5 Sanctifying Unction and 20,000 Mora.

In case you don’t want to wait for the daily reset in the minigame, you can also obtain more Shimmering Shells by doing these tasks inside Genshin Impact:

• Login to Genshin Impact daily - 200 Shells
• Complete two Daily Commissions - 100 Shells
• Consume 40 Original Resin - 100 Shells

The Great Banquet of the Adepti: Rewards

Shimmering Shells can be used to unlock various areas of the Serenitea Pot in the event, each of which will have a cost displayed under its name.

By unlocking each available, you will get the following rewards.

Once you unlock all areas in the Serenitea Pot, the Teapot Spirit's Blessings section will be available. Here, Travelers can use the remaining Shimmering Shells to draw from Tubby's chest for some Liyue specialities.

The chest will contain ten sets of specialities, including 2 Silk Flowers, 2 Violetgrass, 2 Noctilucous Jade, 2 Jueyun Chilis, two sets of Cor Lapis, two sets of Qingxin, and two sets of Glaze Lilies.

Last but not least, Travelers can also use the excess Shimmering Shells to exchange them with the Teapot Traveling Salesman for other Underwater Rarities you are missing.

The Great Banquet of the Adepti web event will be available until 6th February at 23:59 (UTC+8).
