Fortnite Drum Gun History
The esteemed owner of this Drum Gun was Midas, leader of the Ghost faction, whose headquarters resided at The Agency. However, at the end of Season 2, The Agency was destroyed by The Device event, and Midas was seemingly killed by a shark.
It appeared that Midas himself was taken out by a shark. As a result, the Drum Gun, along with other boss weapons, were once again removed from gameplay. This left players wondering if they would ever lay eyes on the Drum Gun again. Let's find out.
When Will The Drum Gun Come Back o Fortnite?
Based on leaks and rumors, it seems that the Drum Gun will be coming back in Chapter 4 Season 4, but with a twist. Instead of being a weapon found in chests or scattered on the ground, it will be transformed into a Mythic weapon obtainable exclusively from a special vault.

As is tradition, these vaults are heavily guarded by cameras and security personnel, so players must exercise stealth or engage in combat to gain access. Opening these vaults requires either a keycard or a specific code, which can be obtained by completing designated tasks or challenges.
It is unclear how Midas survived his encounter with the shark, or how he got his weapon back, but it seems that he is still involved in the heist plot.
