Wondering if you can move rooms around in Fallout Shelter? Here's everything you need to know.

In Fallout Shelter, you'll need to build and expand rooms when you get new Vault Dwellers. But, if you want to optimize your vault, you might want to move some of those rooms at some point, so how do you do that?

Unfortunately, there isn't a built-in way to move rooms in Fallout Shelter. While this feature might be added in the future, it's just not possible at this time. If you want to move a room, you'll have to destroy it and completely rebuild it. While this is technically possible, it's a waste of perfectly good resources and thus we can't recommend it.

Since you can't easily move rooms in Fallout Shelter, it's important to place rooms the way you want them when you first do so. This way, you won't have to completely demolish what you've created in order to change it. This can be super detrimental to your progress.

While it's possible that the ability to move rooms will be added to Fallout Shelter one day, right now it's just not something that can easily be done.
