Dead by Daylight's cast of original characters is constantly growing, with developers creating their own survivors and killers every few chapters. From The Trapper to The Singularity, Behaviour's cast of characters is nothing less than diverse. This has led many fans to wonder which of those characters might be featured in the Dead by Daylight movie.
Here's a look at everything we know so far about the Dead By Daylight movie characters, including some speculation about who we'll get to see in action.
Dead By Daylight Movie Characters
The DBD Movie is still in early development by Blumhouse and Behaviour Interactive. As a result, we don't have a lot of solid information about the movie - including its plot, actors, or even which characters will be featured. That said, we can make some educated guesses about which killers and survivor might appear on the big screen.
The Trapper
The Trapper is DBD's first and arguably most iconic character, so it'd definitely make sense for him to make an appearance in the movie. With the MacMillan house being such a famous map that's integral to the game's lore, it's possible that the movie could even take place at his home.
The Legion
The Legion are some of Dead By Daylight's most beloved characters; this quartet of chaotic, ragtag teenagers are one of the most commonly picked killers and have even earned themselves a spin-off comic series by Titan Comics. Following the comics' release, we'd love to see Behaviour expand upon the lore of Frank, Joey, Julie, and Susie.
Dwight Fairfield
Like The Trapper, Dwight is simply a classic character. DBD wouldn't be DBD without him. Dwight brings a splash of humor to the game with his personality, and he's a strong member of any survivor team, even if he might not seem like it. It's likely he would play a similar role in the movie, serving as an unexpected leader despite his awkward demeanor.
Meg Thomas
Meg Thomas is a competent and caring athlete, and her personality is one that would shine on the big screen alongside Dwight and other original Dead by Daylight characters. Because she's such an adept runner, action scenes with Meg in them could steal the show.
Other popular killers and survivors we'd love to see in the DBD movie include Claudette Morel, David King, and newer characters like Gabriel Soma.
Of course, Dead by Daylight could also create a new cast of characters for the movie, choosing to expand upon their world rather than delving deeper into their existing lore. Those characters could then potentially be added to the game in a new chapter.
While we don't yet know what characters Behaviour Interactive will include in the DBD movie, we have some ideas of who might show up in the Fog on the big screen; some characters are just more iconic than others, and it's unlikely we'll see any licensed collabs (but who knows). With the addition of Nicolas Cage to the game as a survivor, we can't help but wonder if he could star in the DBD movie himself.
